Welcome to Wright’s Gymnastics! We are a multi loaction business, including  Wright's Southeast, Wright's Noblesville, Wright's Center Grove,  Wright's Gymnastics, Wright's Fishers, Wright's 360 Westfield and Wright's TPO.. By accessing or using our website, enrolling in our programs, or visiting any of our facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration & Payment
Enrollment in any program requires completion of registration and full or partial payment, depending on the program type. Certain events or camps may require full payment at the time of registration. Late pick-up fees may apply for camps, classes, or events if children are not picked up on time.

2. Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 4 weeks in advance may receive a full refund or account credit.

Cancellations made 2–4 weeks in advance may receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of a program are non-refundable.

Birthday party deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Health & Safety
Participants must follow posted sanitation guidelines. Wright’s Gymnastics reserves the right to enforce health screenings and hygiene protocols in accordance with local guidelines. Students or visitors who are ill may be asked to return home.

4. Behavior Expectations
All participants are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other students with respect. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class or suspension from programs without refund.

5. Liability Waiver
All participants must have a signed waiver on file. Participation involves risks; Wright’s Gymnastics is not liable for injuries unless directly caused by staff negligence.

6. Photo & Media Use
Wrights Gymnastics may take photos and videos for marketing. If you prefer that your child not be included, please inform us in writing.

7. Class Placement & Advancement
Placement and advancement are at the discretion of our coaches based on age, skill level, and attendance.

8. Communication
Email is our primary form of communication. Please ensure your email address is up to date.

​

9. Modifications
Wrights Gymnastics reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

10. SMS Messaging Program Terms
Wright's Gymnastics provides SMS notifications to parents and students who have explicitly opted in through our website.

Program Description: When you opt in, you can expect to receive non-marketing messages including appointment confirmations, class reminders, and facility updates. Marketing messaging includes promotional offers for camps, enrollment alerts, and special event invitations.

Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 317-747-2961 (Fishers) or +1 317-743-9977 (Southeast). After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive message frequency that varies based on your interactions and class schedule.
