Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 4, 2025

Welcome to Wrights Gymnastics! By accessing or using our website, enrolling in our programs, or visiting any of our facilities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Registration & Payment

  • Enrollment in any program requires completion of registration and full or partial payment, depending on the program type.
     

  • Certain events or camps may require full payment at the time of registration.
     

  • Late pick-up fees may apply for camps, classes, or events if children are not picked up on time.
     

 

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 4 weeks in advance may receive a full refund or account credit.
     

  • Cancellations made 2–4 weeks in advance may receive a 50% refund.
     

  • Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of a program are non-refundable.
     

  • Birthday party deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
     

 

3. Health & Safety

  • Participants must bring their own water bottles and follow posted sanitation guidelines.
     

  • Wrights Gymnastics reserves the right to enforce health screenings and hygiene protocols in accordance with local guidelines.
     

  • Students or visitors who are ill or show signs of illness may be asked to return home.
     

 

4. Behavior Expectations

  • All participants are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other students with respect.
     

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class or suspension from programs without refund.
     

 

5. Liability Waiver

  • All participants must have a signed waiver on file before attending any class, event, or party.
     

  • Participation is voluntary and involves risks. Wrights Gymnastics is not liable for injuries sustained during participation unless directly caused by staff negligence.
     

 

6. Photo & Media Use

  • Wrights Gymnastics may take photos and videos for marketing, social media, or internal use.
     

  • If you prefer that your child not be included in media, please inform us in writing.
     

 

7. Class Placement & Advancement

  • Students are placed based on age and skill level at the discretion of our coaches.
     

  • Advancement is based on skill demonstration, attendance, and coach recommendation—not simply time spent in a program.
     

 

8. Communication

  • Email is our primary form of communication. Please ensure your email address is up to date.
     

  • Important updates (e.g. closures, events, schedule changes) may also be shared on social media or posted in the facility.
     

 

9. Modifications

Wrights Gymnastics reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise noted.
