Special Forces class offers a place for those with different learning abilities to explore and experience the sports of gymnastics and ninja!

​Catering to the athlete’s talents and preferences, coaches work to achieve appropriate tumbling techniques and skills. From cartwheels to backflips and everything in-between, our instructors will teach progressions to help develop the tumbling skills each athlete is interested in learning! These classes are individually focused as each athlete is in a different stage of their tumbling journey.
