It can’t be held, polished, or hung around your neck. Here, success is a mindset. Wright’s believes in working hard, committing to goals, but never forgetting to celebrate the journey. The team gymnasts travel throughout the state competing together and against themselves to be the best gymnasts they can be without sacrificing family, friends, and school work.

WHAT DOES A TEAM COACH DO?

  1. Support and assist in the development of all Xcel Team Levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, & Platinum)

  2. Be able to talk to those team parents we all love!

  3. Love your gymnasts and know how much you mean to them!

  4. Shows up on time and is ready to rock the day!

While we think you are already pretty cool, we want to make sure you have:

  • A love for kids and a want for them to succeed

  • A smile on your face at work (even if through a mask!)

  • Are a team player with your co-workers

  • The commitment to the kids you are impacting

  • Clear and professional communication skills, while still having fun!
