Customer Service Representative
Remote position
Do you love helping people and solving problems? Does it fill your proverbial bucket to talk to people and ensure that they’re happy when you hang up the phone? We may be looking for you! We need someone to work in our Wright’s Gymnastics Central office, to assist our customers, make our families feel at home, and most importantly - be sure our Wright’s students are having their best moments in the gym with us.
Job Responsibilities:

Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.

Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Able to generate sales leads from calls

Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, texts, voicemails, social media, etc.

Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly

Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
Job Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent

Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field is a plus

Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems

Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts

Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once

Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously

Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
